Ian has since broadened his involvement in real estate with property flipping, assisting troubled homeowners stay in their homes, and providing housing for subsidized tenants.

When not working at real estate, Ian serves as a professional firefighter and looks forward to spending his free time with his wife and daughters. Ian is an alumnus of Arcadia University.

Damon Hudson has been involved in Real Estate most of his life. Although growing up in the business, he never took full advantage of opportunities to learn from his own father & brother who ran a successful brokerage and land development business. Instead he charted his own path and moved to Utah to get away from it all. It was in Utah where he began his love affair with all things Real Estate. After a few successful but meaningless corporate jobs Damon decided he would flip houses with the help of his friends and business associates. It was here that the spark grew. Although completely messing things up, taking way to much time and really making it difficult on himself, he flipped a few homes. It was then he decided to go full-time realtor/investor. Except one BIG problem, the market crashed! (2008). Now with no projects, no idea how to make money in a down market he began to get desperate. He took the advice of a friend and really went out on a limb to attend a Real Estate Investment workshop. Here he met some key figures and mentors that over the next year taught him how to really do real estate. He was so successful the mentors that trained him, hired him to teach other also. For the past 14 year Damon has taught over 400 investors one on one how to successfully buy, flip, hold, rent or wholesale properties in their home markets and outside of the markets remotely. He has also taught 1000’s of student at workshops, classes and seminars. In fact before he left he was in charge of writing and developing new curriculum for the changing markets. He has personally been involved in 100’s of transactions ranging from Fix & Flips to Buy & Hold to Seller Finance and Wholesaling contracts.

IT MADE SENSE TO DEREK TO CAPITLIZE ON HAVING READY TO BUILD LOTS, SO HE OBTAINED HIS GENERAL CONTRACTORS LICENSE AND BEGAN BUILDING NEW AND CUSTOM HOMES. Mike Shock started his real estate career while watching his Mom and Dad when he was younger. When his Mom and Dad moved from a house to a new house they would try and keep the old house and rent it out.
So, when we would sit around the dinner table I would hear conversations about real estate. What did we have to paint this weekend? Who didn’t pay their rent? Who is going to get evicted if rents were not collected?

When I was 18, I asked my Mom and Dad “how can I start investing in real state” ? Their answer was “get a job, save money and then buy a house”. But I knew there had to be a better way.

So when I tried this real estate thing on my own I would be the person that would call a seller, go see the properties, and then sit at my dining room table not knowing what to do next or how to put an offer together. I thought the words “Hard Money Lenders” meant guys will come break my legs. I had absolutely no clue.

After several years of going the “FREE” route or trying to figure this out on my own, I went and found a mentor. It wasn’t until I got educated that I understood how easy it was. When someone helped me and held my hand and walked me through my first deal I said “WOW THIS IS EASY”

From there, the floodgates opened and now I have done hundreds of deals.

I’m sure I was just like you. "I didn’t know what I don’t know" and the fear was so great and held me back from making any offers. 
Also, I had nobody to ask questions to.

But when my mentor showed me exactly what to do each step of the ay. It was like adding the missing piece to the puzzle.

What I thought to be impossible before, was now doable!!!
